Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard tracked delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

We send orders within 1 to 2 working days, and most then arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Your items come straight from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be outside the UK, so delivery can take a little longer than from a high-street shop.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a couple of days to start updating.

Charges on delivery

The price you pay at checkout is the total. If a courier ever asks you to pay a charge on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of being sent, or arrives damaged, message us through the contact form on our website with your order number and we'll sort it out. Our Refund Policy explains your rights.
